Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "7u7f", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 7u7f online casino and sports betting website accessible at https://7u7f.io.
• "You" or "Player" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 7u7f platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the 7u7f platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.

Account Registration

To access the full range of Services on 7u7f, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 7u7f platform. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• You must notify 7u7f immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of account security by contacting [email protected].
• 7u7f may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal request. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address.
• Account information, including name and date of birth, cannot be changed after initial registration without prior written approval from 7u7f's compliance team.

7u7f reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Approval of an account does not constitute a waiver of any right to subsequently suspend or close the account in accordance with these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7u7f platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed in the 7u7f cashier at the time of deposit.
• All payment accounts and bank accounts used to fund your 7u7f balance must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 7u7f does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which 7u7f accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time in most cases; processing times may vary depending on your payment provider's network status.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the method used to make your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 7u7f.
• Before processing your first withdrawal, 7u7f requires completion of the KYC verification process described in Section 4.
• 7u7f will process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Actual receipt of funds will depend on the processing times of the applicable payment provider.
• 7u7f reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if there is any suspected breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or unresolved bonus wagering obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

7u7f offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household address, per device, and per payment account unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinated play, or low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to clear bonus requirements — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the cancellation of the bonus and possible account termination.

Game Rules & Betting

All games and betting markets available on the 7u7f platform are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective Game Provider, in addition to these general terms:

• All game outcomes on 7u7f are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems operated by our Game Providers. 7u7f does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 7u7f will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of play and resolve the incident fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets affected by a verified technical fault may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on 7u7f. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change without notice.
• For sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports — 7u7f reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that are determined to have been affected by match-fixing, corrupt conduct, or data errors.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency. 7u7f reserves the right to void in-play bets accepted after a material event (such as a wicket falling in cricket) has occurred but before the odds were updated.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that all bets placed are intentional and correct before confirming. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in circumstances expressly permitted by 7u7f.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7u7f platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in further legal action:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one account on the 7u7f platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including sharing hand or card information in live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are void and must be returned.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers that is contrary to the spirit of legitimate play.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 7u7f staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7u7f platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, images, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of 7u7f or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7u7f platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 7u7f platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code on the platform.
• Use the 7u7f brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 7u7f platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 7u7f's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7u7f and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, whether caused by game results, odds movements, or match outcomes.
• Loss resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or your own negligent conduct.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss caused by factors outside 7u7f's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, power failures, or acts of God.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 7u7f's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits 7u7f's right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
